Lawyers for Midland train crash victims object to Union Pacific naming responsible third parties

MIDLAND, Texas — Victims in the Nov. 15 train wreck lawsuit filed a response last Wednesday to defendant Union Pacific Railroad Co.'s Feb. 15 motion for leave, objecting to designating the city of Midland and Midland County as responsible third parties.
