Right-to-work bill, energy surcharge proving to be key Missouri legislative issues

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — State lawmakers heard hours of heated public testimony last week on the right-to-work question in Missouri, and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen was on hand to give its input.
"This legislation is about dividing and fracturing unity," said Brian Kelley, chairman of the BLET's Missouri State Legislative Board.
