BNSF plans system-wide capital commitment of $4.1 billion

GALESBURG, Ill. — BNSF Railway, based in Fort Worth, Texas, announced a planned 2013 capital commitment program of about $4.1 billion, an about $450 million increase compared to capital spending of $3.6 billion in 2012.
