Louisiana's Lt. Governor hears plans to bring Amtrak to Shreveport

BATON ROUGE – Amtrak commuter service between the Shreveport-Bossier City and Dallas-Fort Worth areas could be accomplished with relatively little expense and trouble, proponents of the project today told Louisiana Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne.
