Editorial: Don't derail Amtrak's Keystone service in Pennsylvania

LANCASTER, Pa. — Amtrak's Keystone service between Harrisburg and New York, via Lancaster and Philadelphia, is a success story. Yet the Republican Party platform calls for full privatization and an end to all subsidies for Amtrak. The irony is that the desire to end Amtrak comes at a time when passenger service is growing.
