Sheriff, UP seeking answers to sabotage of railroad warning signs

NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. — Police officials and the Union Pacific Railroad are investigating a "crude, improvised device" intended to sabotage the highway-rail grade crossing lights at an intersection in Nebraska City, Neb.
