Regional planning expert calls for CREATE program for southern California

WASHINGTON, D.C. — According to the Journal of Commerce, a regional planning expert called upon goods movement interests in Southern California to develop a CREATE-style public-private infrastructure development program for the region, similar to the program currently underway in the Chicago area.
