Deadline to register for 2012 Teamster Women's Conference is July 23

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The 2012 Teamster Women’s Conference will be held August 23-25, 2012 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square in San Francisco, Calif. The opening session will be held Thursday, August 23rd at 2:00 p.m. and the conference will adjourn at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 25th.

A room block has been set up at the Hilton which is located at 333 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, California. To receive the special Women’s Conference room rate of $175.00, please call the hotel at 1-800-445-8667 by no later than July 23, 2012 and ask for the Teamster rate. Our ID is "TWC."

Registration for the conference can be done in one of two ways:

1. Go to www.teamster.org/women to register online; or

2. Fill out this registration form (PDF) and fax it to 202-624-6851.

The schedule for the Women’s Conference is:

Thursday, August 23, 2012:
8:00 a.m.: Registration
2:00 p.m.: Opening Session

Friday, August 24, 2012:
8:00 a.m.: Registration
9:00 a.m.: General Session, Workshops
6:00 p.m.: Reception

Saturday, August 25, 2012:
9:00 a.m.: Workshops, General Session, Adjournment
