Kimm began working for the BLET Building Association in May 2000 as the Office Manager. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2004. In July 2006, she joined the Compliance Department as a Government Relations Specialist.

Kimm helps coordinate PAC contributions along with the National Legislative office in Washington, D.C. She audits the PAC receipts and disbursements on a monthly basis as she prepares to file the Federal Elections Commission 3x report. Along with the federal report, she is responsible for keeping up to date on various State Campaign Finance Regulations as well as reporting to those states as required.

Along with her PAC duties, she audits the LM reports as they are submitted and works with the STs to insure the validity of their reports. Kimm also assists Dr. Elaine Reese with Bond and Tax Compliance questions/problems and other special projects.

“I really like what I do and I really enjoy communicating with all who call into the Compliance Department,” she said
